Hawke's Bay's unique climate and long, hot summers help grow the diverse range of grapes required to produce the many varieties produced in the region. Made from some of the oldest producing Pinot Gris vines, this Pinot Gris has flavours of Nashi pear, peach and honey with a pinch of ginger. It works well as a universal wine and is the perfect Pinot Gris to pair with any dish on the menu.

This french oak barrel fermented Chardonnay is a plush wine with beautifully aromatic notes. With flavours of citrus blossom, nectarine, vanilla and hints of butterscotch, it pairs well with roasted and grilled poultry or pork dishes.
With ripe tropical flavours of passionfruit and pineapple this barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc is amazing complex. Perfectly matched with fish dishes this wine is subtle but luscious.

This fruity wine sourced from the "Back Block" section of Brookfields is fragrant and floral with plum, spice and subtle pepper. With flavours of dark berry flavours its ideal for pairing with beef and spicy peanut sauces.
This outstanding Pinot Noir is sourced from vineyards in the three best wine growing regions of the country; Central Otago, Te Awanaga and Martinborough, hence it's name. The combination of grapes created a black cheery, mocha, and red berry flavour in the front of your palate, while it is underpinned with earthly ripe tannins, leather and cedary oak. Enjoy this beautiful red with pasta, or fresh stone cooked pizza.
Made using a traditional Rhone Valley technique, this Syrah includes Viognier grapes to produce a delightful floral aroma, with supple textures and dark, spicy flavours. This simple yet flavour packed Syrah pairs well with any red meats, savoury or lightly spiced dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
