Off The Track is co-owned by Chris and Fiona, who took over the business in May 2023. They are passionate about continuing Off The Track’s long-standing reputation of delivering exceptional food and service to their happy customers.
Chris and Fiona have a passion for Asian cuisine and in December 2023, launched OTT In The City, a modern new Japanese and Vietnamese Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Hastings.

Chris is the fun, hardworking face of Off The Track where he has worked for over 10 years. Becoming Co-Owner of Off The Track has been the fulfillment of a long-held ambition in the restaurant he loves.
In his new role, Chris remains as dedicated as ever to ensuring you have an unforgettable dining experience with amazing service every time you visit.
Chris is also Co-Owner of Hastings Japanese and Vietnamese Restaurant, OTT In The City.

Off The Track Co-Owner Fiona is well know locally as the Founder of respected Havelock North bridal tailoring business, Shadow Cat.
Fiona is excited to bring to Off The Track, her experience in providing outstanding service and event management, along with her passion for fresh, modern cuisine founded on sustainable, locally grown ingredients.
Fiona is also Co-Owner of OTT In The City, a modern Asian eatery in central Hastings.
